"Store front is not visible from the East Francisco Blvd. the entrance is all the way back of the south side of the building. Ryan helped me on the phone to give me a discount for 4 tires after finding the availability from the warehouse/distribution center (older car and hard to get sizes). Another family member just got 4 new tires here 4 days prior to mine. I’m not the kind of consumer who will just go to a same store to get an item if it’s going to cost more than $2-300. I called 4 other tire centers (including one large warehouse center in Novato). Ryan was able to give almost $100 less than other places and he noted free alignments on my order on the phone, so Chris was able to pull that Ryan’s note/order record and have that done as well. I believe getting 8 new tires by one customer means they could see all our orders in their system and perhaps could offer 8th tire for a deep discount. In the previous years when I was at Diamond, I’ve seen a young high school age employee working in the shop. I wanted to support a business where an apprenticeship/learning at the job is offered. If you buy your tires here, you could get tire rotations for $20 as they recommend for every 5,000 miles."
